- Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, SDRs, Product, and Partnerships to align on messaging and execution.
- Clearly articulate ROI and business value in a consultative, outcomes-based way.
- Use Salesforce for pipeline management, forecasting, and visibility into deal progression.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years selling into the Wealth, Trust, or RIA sectors strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in new logo acquisition roles with annual quotas of $600k or more in ARR.
- Proven ability to self-source at least half of pipeline through outbound prospecting.
- Experience selling compliance, risk, or workflow automation platforms is a plus.
- Skilled in multi-threaded sales and navigating long, complex buying cycles.
- Strong discovery and storytelling skills with the ability to connect technology capabilities to business outcomes.
- Team-oriented, coachable, and disciplined in following process and structure.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Ideal Candidate Traits
- Understands how Wealth, Trust, and RIA firms manage compliance, cybersecurity, and vendor oversight.
- Comfortable engaging C-level and senior decision-makers such as Chief Compliance Officers, COOs, CTOs, and Risk Officers.
- Confident presenting to executive audiences and tailoring the message for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Resilient, positive, and proactive with a strong sense of accountability.
- High integrity and genuine curiosity about helping clients solve problems.
