OPERATOR

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

• Validate the availability of all required documents (JFT, PCC, etc.) prior to new job start-up in order to minimize downtime and insure production consistency.
• Operate machine as per the Work Instruction in order to insure a safe and sound runnability.

• -T roubleshoot problems and request support upon need, in order to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• -Check and relay startup sample to the production section head for his approval before passing same for QC inspection to ensure quality of the start-up run.
• -Report any quality defects to QC and production section head to take any necessary action.
• -Assign tasks to Helpers to insure an organized run, and sustain the 5S conditions of his machines and surrounding work place.

Education & Experience

Preferably with Industrial Diploma

• 1 year experience in related tasks
• Knowledge of written and spoken Arabic and English.
