Responsibilities
- Oversee and develop the sustainable business growth for the assigned KL regions and accounts in a strategic approach.
- Coach and guide the speak-partners in the assigned KL regions/ countries to define the regional business strategy and achieve the business objectives of rail industry.
- Keep the regular communications and exchanges with the assigned KL regions/ countries to support the substantial business growth.
- Manage the key global accounts to continuously deepen the strategic collaborations in terms of gaining the approvals, initial fillings, and new business opportunities to enlarge the share of KL.
- Manage and optimize the product portfolio for rail industry to ensure the competitiveness and profitability e.g., product innovation, portfolio optimization, promotional campaigns, product complaints, etc.
- Act as a strong expert for the assigned submarket segments and applications, deliver the regular technical and business-related trainings to the sales team and key accounts in the KL regions.
- Organize the marketing activities and events for rail industry in global level and support the marketing activities / events in regional level to keep the market image and reputations for KL in Rail Industry.
Qualifications
- Science/ technology degree (mechanical engineering, chemistry, tribology, chemical engineering, etc.) or equivalent skills acquired in practice of 3-5 years, master’s degree in business management desired.
- Experiences in relevant mechanical engineering, chemistry, tribology, lubrication, industrial services, etc., experiences in railway industry highly desired, experiences in specialty lubrication highly desired.
- Experiences in international sales and business, product marketing, business development, or technical sales support with very good international and interculture oriented mindset highly desired.
- High level of self-motivation and willingness to learn and very open to teamwork with colleagues from cross functions and different hierarchies both internal and external.
- English skill mandatory, German desired.
- Team player with excellent networking and communication skills, willing to travel internationally (approximate 25%).
- Very open to new things, capable of working in a complex environment keeping a high motivation level.
- Modest, not conceited behavior and open-minded manner.
- Resilient profile, able to cope with stress and challenges.
