JUNIOR FULFILMENT EXECUTIVE – THAILAND

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable Junior Fulfilment Executive to join our Thailand office. You will act as the runner between our two Thailand offices, collecting diamonds and gemstones from suppliers, coordinating collections, and moving goods safely and securely between offices. Alongside this, you will assist the Fulfilment Executive with day-to-day fulfilment operations.

This is an on-site role based in our Thailand offices, working closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to keep the fulfilment process running smoothly, and requires the ability to thrive in a fast-evolving, high-growth startup environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Act as the runner between Nivoda's two Thailand offices, ensuring diamonds and gemstones are moved safely, securely, and on time
  • Collect diamonds and gemstones from local suppliers for onward processing
  • Coordinate collection schedules with suppliers and internal teams
  • Maintain proper chain-of-custody and documentation while transporting goods between offices
  • Assist the Fulfilment Executive with day-to-day fulfilment operations, including shipment preparation, dispatch, and returns processing
  • Support with receiving shipments and marking orders as received in the Nivoda system
  • Follow up with carriers (Brinks, FedEx, UPS, etc.) on shipment delays as needed
  • Assist customer support teams with shipping queries, order updates, and urgent delivery requests
  • Handle general administrative tasks as needed

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good written and spoken English communication
  • Knowledge of logistics and carriers (Brinks, FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • High levels of honesty, professionalism, and integrity
  • Valid driving license
