This modern, state-of-the-art 122-bed facility specializes in pediatric long-term care and sub-acute rehabilitation, serving patients from birth through age 21.

Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to pediatric residents with complex medical needs.
Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient conditions.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Support residents and families with education and compassionate care.
Ensure compliance with all nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Pediatric nursing experience is preferred but not required.
Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
Passion for working with children and medically complex patients.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
Competitive salary: $92,600–$126,000 annually
