About The Role

In this role, you will impact on the manufacturing operations by ensuring machines run smoothly, performing routine maintenance, and supporting production goals to meet customer demands.

Operate assigned machinery safely and efficiently according to established procedures.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
Monitor production output and report any issues or deviations to the supervisor promptly.
Material preparation and parts cleanup using grinders, skill saws, and routers.

YOU MUST HAVE

Experience operating industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of basic machine operation principles and safety protocols.
Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
Familiarity with production documentation and quality standards.
Proficiency in using measurement tools and following technical instructions.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
