About The Role

Summary of Job Duties

Responsibilities include, but not limited to

  • Facilitate and process "50/50" raffle ticket sales via electronic devices at stationary and / or mobile locations at scheduled University of Arkansas Athletics home games / events
  • Proactively approach, engage, and invite fans to participate in Athletics' "50/50" raffle (Razorback Raffle) at each game / event, to include education of raffle details / rules and selling of tickets
  • Accurately handle transactions from raffle ticket sales
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the Razorback Foundation and University of Arkansas Athletics in a positive manner as brand ambassadors, while providing exceptional service to fans.
  • Position requires standing, walking and navigation of stairs during the duration of an athletics event; i.e. Football, Basketball, Baseball and others
  • Selected candidate will be outgoing, willing to engage with fans in a loud, crowded environment and be comfortable with selling and fundraising

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • May not be an immediate family member of employees of the Razorback Foundation or Razorback Athletics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Due to the nature/scope of Athletics and Athletics events, position requires attendance at all scheduled home games / matches, which may require work during evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the ability to stand / walk for extended periods of time.
