About The Role
Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Sourcing & Coordination Operations & Delivery Leader to join our Cummins Inc. team. The position will have the ability to work remotely in the United States, traveling approximately 10-15% of the time
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways

- Drive operational excellence by standardizing sourcing and coordination processes that enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability across the global Talent Acquisition function.

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen service delivery, reduce process variation, and support business growth objectives.

- Establish governance frameworks, performance metrics, and operational standards that ensure consistent execution and accountability.

- Optimize supplier and MSP performance through strategic partnerships, KPI management, and data-driven decision making.

- Advance AI, technology, and automation adoption to improve productivity, user experience, and recruiting operations effectiveness.
- -
- Deliver actionable workforce and operational insights through analytics, reporting, and performance measurement that enable informed business decisions.
- -
- Strengthen organizational capability by developing playbooks, best practices, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams and stakeholders.
- -
- Champion change management efforts that successfully implement process, technology, and operating model enhancements while sustaining business outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following
- Demonstrated ability to lead Talent Acquisition operations, process excellence, analytics, or HR transformation initiatives while translating strategy into measurable business results.
- Strong expertise in change management, continuous improvement methodologies, and operational governance, with the ability to optimize processes and drive sustainable improvements.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, leveraging data, performance metrics, and business insights to influence decisions and improve outcomes.
- Exceptional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to build partnerships across global teams, suppliers, and business leaders.
- A forward-thinking and technology-focused mindset with the ability to drive innovation, automation, and scalable solutions in a complex operating environment.
Education, Licenses, Certifications
- A college or university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required.
- Certifications in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma are highly desirable.
- Lead and sustain a high-performing global Sourcing & Coordination operating model focused on consistency, quality, operational efficiency, and service excellence.
- Preferred experience leveraging AI, automation, and recruiting technologies to improve sourcing, coordination, reporting, and operational effectiveness.
- Drive supplier governance through performance reviews, KPI tracking, risk mitigation strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen delivery outcomes.
- Apply data analytics, reporting, and visualization techniques to identify trends, measure performance, and provide insights that support business decisions.
- Lead capacity planning, demand forecasting, and resource optimization efforts across internal teams and external partners to align delivery with evolving business needs.
- Partner effectively with Talent Acquisition leaders, HR teams, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders to execute priorities and accelerate results.
- Build organizational capability through training, coaching, and implementation of standards, playbooks, and best practices.
- Preferred strengths include adaptability, innovation, global perspective, relationship building, self-awareness, accountability, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, operational discipline, collaboration, and customer-focused service delivery.
- Preferred expertise in process improvement frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
