About The Role

Andre Braz To serves as a planning and analytical leader for the Brazil business. It leads deeper understanding of the operational environment and develops improvement initiatives. This role drives root cause analysis to identify challenges, resource deployment issues and performance from our operating partner, Ambaar or any other future operating partner. It partners with finance to ensure alignment with the budgets and forecasts. It’s Responsible for preparation and delivery of all reports to Brazilian airports to be timely delivered as well as to be a liaison with our third-party vendors and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily, weekly and monthly metrics reporting.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors across Brazil
- Monitor economic and financial performance and proactively identify deviations, issues and risks.
- Develop and manage relationships with stakeholders addressing any potential risks or issues in terms of communication, payments, resources, budget, reporting and other requested.
- Elaborate and control budgets in collaboration with the different responsible areas.
- Develop and deliver different reports, documents and presentations requested by AD.
- Manage the contracts and relations with suppliers, vendors lease extensions, payments
- Guarantee all the licensing, mandatory payments, and any other public entity related requirements are up to date.
- Perform day-to-day administrative duties, related to Brazil’s operation.
- Propose and Implement improvements on administrative processes.
- Review the financial statements in coordination with the different responsible areas.
- Liase with our Law Firm and AD for inquiries and needs from stakeholders.
- Elaborate analysis and reports from financial metrics
- Support Senior Management with the different requirements needed.
Knowledge, skills and experience required
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong ability to lead concise and productive meetings
- Proven collaborative team member
- High level reporting
- Knowledge of Microsoft office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
- Ability to build relationships with operational leaders as well as Headquarters
- Knowledge of local tax regulation, accounting parameters and financial reports.
Person Specification
Essential
- Minimum of 5 years of business, operational and financial background with experience in data analysis, operational analysis, financial analysis, forecasting, etc
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in building and maintaining constructive partnership and collaborative relationships
- Knowledge of general Brazilian accounting laws and rules
- Must be authorized to work in Brazil
- Undergraduate degree
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
Desirable
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or an Analytical discipline
