Your Role

In your daily job you will

  • Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and process stability.
  • Plan and implement manufacturing equipment investment, installation, validation, and process readiness for production.
  • Support new product industrialization and process validation, including INLET products, from development through mass production.
  • Analyze production process issues and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement activities.
  • Develop and implement automation, digitalization, and AI technologies to improve manufacturing efficiency and process capability.
  • Establish and maintain key manufacturing documentation, including PFMEA, PFD, Work Instructions (WI), and process specifications.
  • Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other functions to ensure stable mass production and timely resolution of manufacturing issues.

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or production engineering, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing process design, equipment investment, process validation, and mass-production improvement.
  • Experience with PFMEA, PFD, Work Instructions, and other manufacturing process documentation.
  • Experience in automation, digitalization, or smart manufacturing technologies preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills for manufacturing and process issues.
  • Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • English communication skills preferred.
