A Day in the Life
Our Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) people are supporting our customers beyond products and devices to create more value for patients. Integrated Health Solutions builds on Medtronic‘s combination on process optimization expertise, therapy knowledge and capital resources. IHS currently partners with hospitals and clinics, offering solutions that help care providers optimize costs and outcomes while driving higher value and patient satisfaction.
In this role, you will lead consulting engagements with healthcare organizations, helping clients address strategic, operational, and organizational challenges. You will work closely with hospital executives and key stakeholders to define priorities, develop evidence-based solutions, and drive implementation that delivers measurable improvements in performance and patient outcomes. The position combines strategic advisory responsibilities with hands-on project leadership and team development. This is a flex, hybrid position based in Warsaw, Poland. It requires approximately 50 % travel across the region to support client engagements, workshops, and project implementation activities.
Responsibilities may include the following; other duties may be assigned
- Lead healthcare consulting engagements focused on strategy development, organizational transformation, and operational performance improvement within hospital settings
- Partner with hospital executives and senior stakeholders to assess business challenges, define strategic priorities, and develop actionable recommendations
- Manage complex stakeholder environments by building compelling business cases, influencing decision-making, and driving alignment across client and internal teams
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, analysis, implementation, milestone tracking, risk management, and quality assurance
- Develop structured analyses and insights to address complex healthcare challenges and support sustainable performance improvements
- Identify and drive commercial opportunities that strengthen client partnerships and contribute to the growth of the Integrated Health Solutions consulting practice
- Coach, develop, and support team members through knowledge sharing, feedback, and active contribution to capability building across the organization
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with relevant experience in healthcare consulting, strategy consulting, healthcare services, or operational improvement
- Experience leading end-to-end transformation, consulting, or performance improvement projects from analysis and recommendation development through implementation
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, hospital operations, and the broader healthcare industry landscape
- Demonstrated experience working with senior executives, hospital leadership teams, and multiple stakeholders in complex environments
- Proven program and project management experience, including planning, stakeholder communication, risk management, issue resolution, and delivery governance
- Fluency in English and Polish; proficiency in additional European languages is an advantage
