  1. Role Overview

In this role, you have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for providing operational, logistical, and warehousing support at the district level, with a strong focus on inventory control, customs clearance, shipment management (inbound/outbound), export compliance, and ensuring on-time delivery to customers.

  1. Key Responsibilities

Logistics, Compliance and Cost Control

  • Manage 3PL performance for warehouse and transportation providers, including KPI tracking, regular performance reviews, PO management and invoice review.
  • Actively collaborates with stakeholders and manages the supporting requirement for order-to-cash process (e.g. timely POD collection, close monitoring of backorders, managing tools/wheels requirements, etc).
  • Act as the point of contact regarding demo equipment movement and request and oversee the end-to-end process for demo / loan process.
  • Own warehouse, logistics, and export control compliance for the district including acting as the District Export Control Officer (ECO).
  • Manage both bonded and non-bonded inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring on-time and in-full delivery to customers/sites.
  • Manage order management with IWD teams, PCT and GBS OM, including documentation, shipment status, and backorder monitoring, to ensure on-time delivery through TMS optimization.
  • Oversee all Last Mile Provider (LMP) activities and maintain valid SLAs in collaboration with Procurement.
  • Act as Ship Hold Coordinator within the district and supervise end-to-end DEFOA and ensure timely completion.
  • Manage physical stock write-off and scrapping processes in collaboration with appointed external parties.
  • Partner with Quality & Regulatory teams on labeling activities and permit applications (BAPETEN, etc).
  • Support Sales teams with IWD cost inputs for customer quotations and ensure accurate cost (IWD / TPW) allocation to projects or business cost centers, including monthly incurred cost tracking and annual AOP budget proposal.
  • Submit internal control self-assessments on supply chain security, inventory and accrual inputs.
  • Provide logistics supporting documentation for financial related activities.
  • Own audit-related activities for warehouse and logistics with quality and HSE (e.g., GDPMD) and support customs audits when required.

Inventory Accuracy & Warehouse Management

  • Ensure posting accuracy across GR, GI, inbound, pick & pack, and outbound processes.
  • Own stock accuracy (aged and non-aged inventory) for commercial, free stock, and demo.
  • Conduct monthly inventory cycle count reconciliation, analyze the stock accuracy and provide the report including the comprehensive CAPA for any discrepancies.
  • Plan and lead stock takes and submit the reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage 3rd party product purchase based on order requirements, collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product availability in the right quantity, at the right time, and with the right product.
  • Ensure implementation of Good Warehouse Practice in alignment with GDPMD requirements.
  • Lead shelf-life management for stocks with expiry dates to maintain inventory quality and compliance.
  • Participate in lean supply chain initiatives and continuous improvement programs to enhance operational efficiency.

  1. To Succeed in This Role
  • Resilient person with 2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
  • Strong vendor management skills (customs brokers, warehouse providers, last mile delivery partners).
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups).
  • Very good analytical and numerical skills.
  • Understanding of warehouse processes (inbound, put-away, pick & pack, outbound)
  • Strong organizational skills, including structured e-filing.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive, customer-first mindset.
