About The Role

  • 主要从事新能源动力系统设计、开发、电芯研发等工作，包括动力电池系统结构设计、模组设计、电气架构设计、热管理系统设计以及BMS软件及控制策略设计；工艺优化、设备开发、材料选型、电化学体系设计、电芯结构研发、失效分析、机理研究、性能测试、样品试制、项目统筹及综合技术支撑，协同完成电芯从研发设计到试制落地的全流程工作。
  • 1.统招本科及以上学历2027届毕业生, 机械、电气、自动化、材料类、电化学、能源动力等理工类相关专业。
  • 2.具备扎实的专业功底。
  • 3.具备良好的团队合作精神和创新意识。
  • 4.具备较强的英语沟通能力。
