About The Role

  1. 协助开展AI大模型在实际业务场景中的原型搭建、研发与落地验证；
  2. 协助跟踪AI前沿技术（大语言模型、智能体、RAG等）在金融领域的最新进展；
  3. 参与公司业务系统的前后端开发工作；
  4. 领导交办的其他工作。
  5. 诚信正直、低调谦逊、艰苦奋斗，具备良好的道德品质；
  6. 国内外院校本科及以上学历在读学生，计算机、数理统计、金融工程等相关专业优先；
  7. 具备扎实的专业理论功底，掌握常用数据结构与算法；
  8. 熟悉Python开发语言，具备扎实的编程基础；
  9. 具备RAG、Agent等主流大模型应用技术实践经验，能与同事配合完成AI原型搭建、功能验证、技术方案撰写及成果输出工作；
  10. 拥有基金、证券等金融机构实习经历优先；
  11. 工作积极主动，责任心强，抗压能力强，有较强的学习能力，自我驱动，具备良好的团队合作精神、沟通协调能力；
  12. 每周可到岗不少于2个工作日、能够连续实习3个月及以上、可尽快到岗者优先。
