About The Role

  • 1.负责机构客户的营销组织、统筹管理、赋能服务；
  • 2.负责聚焦同业机构的理财业务，深度挖掘客户需求，落地相关业务；
  • 3.负责与其它相关部门的沟通协调，尤其与投行业务、资产端的联动；
  • 4.负责上级交办的其他工作。
  • 1.诚信正直、低调谦逊、艰苦奋斗，具备良好的道德品质；
  • 2.熟练掌握金融同业业务相关业务流程，具备金融市场、资产管理、投融资等相关业务知识，对不同类型的同业机构业务逻辑熟悉；
  • 3.具备银行、证券、保险、基金等相关同业机构从业经验10年以上，具备团队管理经验5年以上，有独立开拓业务的能力；
  • 4.有较强的沟通、协调能力，有服务基层的意识，较好的团队协作精神；
  • 5.具备公司要求的其他基本条件。
