About The Role

As a Marketing Support Coordinator , you will execute your responsibilities in alignment with Hilton Grand Vacations' Spirit of Service culture while supporting the success of our Marketing operations. In this role, you will act as a central point of communication for multiple marketing teams, assist with tour scheduling and tracking, and help ensure a seamless experience for both guests and Team Members.

  • Accurately enter and maintain guest tour presentation reservations within company systems for the Hotel Marketing and In-House Marketing teams.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Marketing and In-House Team Members, providing timely support and assistance.
  • Assist Marketing Management with monitoring and communicating tour flow to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Act as a central communication hub between Marketing departments, including Hotel Marketing, In-House Marketing, Gifting, and Hosts.
  • Coordinate updates related to guest tours, reservations, and departmental activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity within company systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while handling incoming calls and internal inquiries.
  • Support departmental goals through effective organization, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong computer proficiency with excellent typing and data entry skills; 10-key experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience answering phones and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Dependable attendance and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous vacation ownership or timeshare industry experience.
  • Prior experience in luxury hospitality, tourism, or high-end customer service environments.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced administrative, marketing support, or coordinator role.
