About The Role

Bolton Clarke Group one of Australia’s largest independent, not-for-profit providers of home care, retirement living and residential aged care, operating nationally and internationally. Bolton Clarke Residential group now has 88 Aged Care Homes across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA & WA, with the inclusion of the Allity, McKenzie & Acacia Living Group.

Lead delivery of Bolton Clarke’s enterprise-wide SD-WAN transformation, managing stakeholders, vendors, risks, governance and network modernisation across aged care, community and corporate environments.

Key activities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Bolton Clarke’s enterprise-wide SD-WAN transformation program, ensuring outcomes are achieved safely, on time and within budget.
  • Manage project planning, governance, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies across multiple network, infrastructure, security and migration workstreams.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders, business leaders, technical teams and executives to drive alignment, decision-making and successful project outcomes.
  • Oversee telecommunications providers, network vendors, system integrators and managed service partners to ensure quality delivery and contractual performance.
  • Coordinate site migrations, testing, cutovers and operational handovers across aged care, community care, retirement living and corporate environments, minimising disruption to critical services.

About you

You are an experienced IT Project Manager, with a proven track record delivering complex SD-WAN, network or infrastructure transformation programs across multi-site environments. You will combine strong stakeholder and vendor management, governance and risk expertise, and demonstrate the ability to lead business-critical technology change in a highly regulated setting.

We would love to hear from you if you have

  • Proven experience delivering complex SD-WAN, network transformation, telecommunications, infrastructure or cloud connectivity programs in large enterprise environments.
  • Strong project management expertise, including governance, budgeting, resource planning, risk management, reporting and benefits realisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders, influence decision-making and coordinate large vendor ecosystems across multiple workstreams.
  • Solid understanding of SD-WAN technologies, WAN architectures, network security, telecommunications services and enterprise infrastructure environments.
  • Experience leading geographically dispersed site deployments, migrations and transition activities across multiple locations, ideally within a highly regulated industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Telecommunications or a related discipline, plus a recognised Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, AIPM CPPM or equivalent).
