THE PROGRAMME

Duration: 12–18 months
Comprehensive development programme covering the core areas of Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Back Office, and Management
Assignments across Austria and at our Berlin Headquarters
Exciting and challenging projects focused on implementing new systems and improving operational processes
Career coaching, performance feedback, and development support to help you succeed on your leadership journey

YOUR PROFILE

Completed vocational training and 1–2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
Passion for hospitality and strong motivation to build a long-term career within the industry
Leadership potential and the ambition to make a positive impact as a future leader at MEININGER
Curious mindset with the ability to quickly learn and develop new skills
Resilient, able to perform under pressure, and an excellent communicator
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
Flexible and willing to work on 3–6 month assignments at different MEININGER locations
Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with a hotel management system is an advantage
