Job Description

Nine is looking for a Content Partnerships Manager to join our high-performing Powered Partnerships & Experience team!

Reporting to the Head of Content Partnerships, you will drive market-leading brand solutions for iconic hit formats like Married at First Sight, Travel Guides, and Lego Masters. You will act as the key conduit between our sales, programming, and production teams to unlock premium revenue and champion innovative client integrations.

Day to day you will

  • Develop, negotiate, and articulate bespoke content-integrated brand solutions to drive premium revenue.
  • Produce compelling go-to-market collateral and communicate commercial opportunities to internal sales teams.
  • Lead your designated entertainment portfolio, serving as the subject-matter expert on content integration.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to pitch commercial opportunities directly to brands and media agencies.
  • Work with the Client Experience team to ensure seamless campaign implementation across production and programming partners.
  • Manage campaign compliance, pipeline deliverables, and conflict resolution to secure positive outcomes for all stakeholders.
  • Provide day-to-day management, guidance, and development opportunities for direct reports.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring

  • Around 5 years of experience negotiating with content creators, sales teams, clients, and agencies within a media owner environment.
  • Expertise in integrating brands across television, digital, social, radio, licensing, and live events.
  • Proven capability as a strategic thinker with exceptional planning and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
  • A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset capable of navigating competing objectives to deliver win-win outcomes.
  • High levels of ownership, proactivity, and a drive to challenge the status quo.
  • Background in media sales, content partnerships, or TV production is highly desirable.
