About The Role
In the role as Content Management Specialist in our Digital Solutions & E-Commerce team , you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will assist in the worldwide implementation of digital content and product launches across GN’s markets, maintaining accuracy, consistency, and high-quality digital user experiences.
The team you will be part of
You will join our newly formed Global Content Operations team, reporting to the Head of Web Content Activation . The team supports GN’s digital ecosystem by managing content requests, coordinating translations, and ensuring smooth execution across digital platforms and markets.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues in Denmark and across regions, and support global product teams during digital launch cycles. This role offers extensive exposure to enterprise content systems, digital workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will
Content Publishing / Maintenance
- Upload, edit, and publish content using CMS platforms such as Sitecore and Amplience
- Ensure content meets brand, accessibility, and quality standards
- Maintain accuracy of product information, media assets, and metadata
Global Market Support
- Respond to content-related service requests and updates
- Resolve CMS-related problems and escalate them when necessary
Product Launch Support
- Prepare digital content and assets for global product launches
- Partner with product and marketing teams to ensure on-time publication and delivery
Translation & Localization Coordination
- Manage translation submissions and workflows in LILT
- Ensure localized content is appropriately placed and activated for each market
Quality Assurance
- Conduct content checks before and after publishing
- Validate pages for functionality, broken links, missing assets, and formatting.
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you
- Bring solid experience from content management or digital operations environments
- Are advanced in working with CMS platforms, particularly if you have experience with Sitecore and Amplience
- Understand content workflows, digital asset management, and publishing best practices
- Have meticulous attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Communicate clearly and work well across time zones
- Solid experience with HTML and CSS
- Basic experience with Photoshop
- Work in English fluently, both written and spoken
- Show an interest in learning and growing within the realm of global digital operations.
This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop capability in CMS management, translations and localization workflows, and enterprise content operations.
