The Key Management Coordinator will be responsible for managing locks, keys and signage stock across the Genesis contract, supporting both internal and third-party requests. The role will ensure stock levels are accurately maintained, replenishment orders are raised in a timely manner, and locks and keys are dispatched efficiently via courier to support operational delivery.

The successful candidate will have a methodical and organised approach to work, strong attention to detail, and confidence in managing data accurately across United Infrastructure’s internal systems, Cornerstone’s portal, and the LSA database. This role is suited to someone who can maintain clear records, coordinate requests, prioritise workload, and work collaboratively with operational teams, suppliers, couriers, and client stakeholders.
