As the Business Support Lead (Health & Wellbeing), you will lead a small team to support the vital work of the Occupational Health Service, Staff Disability Support Service and Staff Wellbeing Service – all of which support staff across the University. In addition, you will help manage operational budgets and be the lead for managing the specialist electronic data management system, including strong data protection and confidentiality. You will line manage and mentor 2 staff in your team

This post is full-time (35 hours per week) for a fixed term of 12 months; We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.
