About The Role

Atlas Structural Systems is a manufacturer specializing in the design and manufacture of pre-engineered structural systems for commercial and residential construction projects in Eastern Canada and the US. Creating and logging all quotes and orders.
Gathering and managing customer information in the management system.
Coordinate paperwork and files to EWP order picker.
Preparation of all site packages and information to customers.
Following up on previously quoted projects.
Preparation of simple quotations to customers, i.e., stock trusses or EWP.
Managing undersigned orders to ensure deadlines for picking and/or production are met.
Assist in logistics and provide back-up when necessary.
High school or college diploma, and/or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years in a sales position.
Construction experience is considered an asset.
Customer service is considered an asset.
Capable of reading and interpreting architectural drawings.
High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and well organized.
Capable of managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
Ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
Self-starter capable of coordinating several teams to achieve goals.
Proven experience using engineering, estimating, or drafting software.
