About The Role

The Office for Study Programmes and Student Affairs (AUS) at DTU is looking for a new colleague to join our MSc Admissions Team.
AUS consists of approximately 120 employees across five offices and supports all aspects of DTU's educational activities. Our mission is to create the best possible framework for students and educational programmes.
The position is located in the Office of International Education, where you will join 28 dedicated colleagues working with the recruitment, admission and retention of international students. You will become part of the MSc Admissions Team, consisting of six colleagues responsible for all aspects of the admissions journey, from applicant guidance to enrolment.
About the position
As a member of the MSc Admissions Team, you will support DTU's MSc admissions processes and contribute to ensuring professional and efficient applicant experience.
This is a structured administrative role with a strong focus on accuracy, communication and process management.
Your primary responsibilities will include
- Supporting admissions procedures
- Communicating with and guiding applicants from around the world
- Reviewing documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting admissions campaigns and recruitment activities
- Contributing to continuous improvements of admissions processes
- General administrative and ad hoc tasks
Danish is the administrative language at DTU, and most larger internal meetings are conducted in Danish. We therefore expect that you are committed to learning Danish if you do not already speak and read it.
We are looking for someone who
- Enjoys administrative work and working with students
- Has experience from administration, case handling, admissions, student services or similar areas
- Is highly structured and detail-oriented
- Has strong organizational and time-management skills
- Can manage multi-tasking during peak periods
- Takes responsibility for tasks and follows them through to completion
- Thrives both as an independent contributor and as part of a team
- Has excellent communication skills in English
- Is motivated to learn Danish and work in a Danish workplace environment

Salary and employment conditions
Salary and appointment terms are in accordance with the OAO-S Joint Agreement and the organization agreement for Office Clerks, Laboratory Technicians and IT staff (HK/stat). In addition, supplements can be negotiated in accordance with DTU’s salary structure for clerical employees: www.inside.dtu.dk/en/human-resources/during-employment/salary/salary-structures .
This is a permanent part-time position of 20 hours per week. Applicants should apply only if they are specifically interested in working part-time. The position cannot be converted into a full-time position.
