Sales Representative Rock Reinforcement

The Sales Representative Rock Reinforcement is responsible for developing and executing commercial activities for Normet’s Rock Reinforcement portfolio in Mexico, with a strong focus on new business development, market expansion, and customer acquisition .

The role will actively identify and develop opportunities across underground mining operations, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and promote Normet’s portfolio of rock bolts, cable bolts, resins, mesh, fibres, and installation equipment .

Key responsibilities include prospecting new customers and mining projects, conducting regular customer and mine site visits, preparing and following up technical-commercial quotations, managing sales opportunities and orders, maintaining accurate sales forecasts, and coordinating with Production, Logistics, Finance, and Technical Support to ensure effective customer service.

The position will also participate in product trials and technical validations , support the introduction of new Rock Reinforcement solutions, monitor market and competitor activities, and follow up on product performance and customer requirements.

The Sales Representative will be expected to achieve defined sales, margin, new customer, and market development targets , while complying with Normet’s commercial policies, HSE standards, and values.

The position requires frequent travel to underground mining operations across Mexico .
