About The Role

This Opportunity

WSP is seeking an Integrations & Training Specialist to support the Project Finance Strategy & Development team. This role provides professional training, integration, coordination, and analytical support for enterprise finance transformations, acquisitions, ERP implementations, process improvements, and system-related initiatives across the Project Finance function.

The Integrations & Training Specialist will work closely with Project Finance, Operations, Information Technology, Organizational Change Management, and business stakeholders to support the successful implementation and adoption of new systems, processes, and operating practices. This position will assist with training development and delivery, acquisition onboarding, process documentation, change readiness, testing, stakeholder communications, and post-go-live support.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting project accounting or finance teams and is comfortable translating complex business processes and system requirements into clear training, documentation, and end-user guidance. The successful candidate will be able to work independently on defined responsibilities while collaborating with senior leaders, subject matter experts, project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Your Impact

  • Develop, maintain, and deliver Project Finance training programs, curricula, and learning materials that support business processes, system implementations, organizational changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate classroom, virtual, and workshop-based training sessions
  • Support enterprise finance transformations, ERP implementations, acquisitions, and business integration initiatives by coordinating training, readiness, documentation, and stakeholder support activities.
  • Partner with Project Finance Operations, Information Technology, Organizational Change Management (OCM), and business stakeholders to identify business needs, assess impacts, and support successful implementation of new systems and processes.
  • Assist with acquisition onboarding activities by supporting process alignment, system readiness, training delivery, knowledge transfer, and Data conversion activities into WSP Project Finance.
  • Assist and maintain business process documentation, standard operating procedures, process maps, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), job aids, knowledge articles, and other materials that support standardized Project Finance practices.
  • Maintain Project Finance training and knowledge management resources within SharePoint and approved collaboration platforms, ensuring content is organized, current, accessible, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver project communications, stakeholder updates, change readiness materials, training announcements, and post-go-live support resources to support awareness, engagement, and adoption.
  • Apply project accounting and billing process expertise to support operational excellence, identify process improvement opportunities, resolve user challenges, and contribute to the successful adoption and sustainability of Project Finance systems and business processes.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or closely-related discipline (or demonstrated proven equivalent experience).
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant post education experience in accounting, project contracts and change management documents.
  • Proficient knowledge of project accounting principles, practices, and methods and their application to project work-related issues.
  • Ability to make technical computations and calculations involving the application of accounting principles, understanding plans and specifications and making factual comparisons to the appropriate regulations and/or contract stipulations.
  • Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders and understand contract requirements, scope, and schedule.
  • Highly capable interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with others, expressing ideas effectively and professionally to an accounting and non-accounting audience.
  • Highly capable self-leadership with attention to detail, multi-tasking, and prioritization of responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to work independently and provide guidance and leadership to junior team or project members, with strict adherence to QA/QC.
  • Advanced proficiency with technical writing, office automation and accounting software, technology, math principles, MS Excel, pivot tables, formulas, data format/sort/filter, VLOOKUP, predictive models, and tools.
  • Developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills required to apply learned subject matter and technical knowledge to reach conclusions from testing results, data collation, statistical analysis and arriving at the most effective, economical, and logical solution.
  • Ability to collaboratively and assertively work with others such as subcontractors, consultants, and clients on outstanding accounts receivables.
  • Awareness of and adherence to WSP USA’s Project Delivery Handbook.
  • Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.
  • This is a professional role and as such work deadlines and work hours may extend beyond a typical workday.
  • Occasional travel may be required depending on project-specific requirements.

  • Experience supporting training, process improvement, or system implementation initiatives
  • Ability to apply basic analytical techniques to support reporting and data validation
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work across teams and disciplines

Compensation

Expected Salary (all locations): $77,100- $122,700

WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.

Expected Salary (Colorado only): $77,100 - $115,100

WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position within the state of Colorado, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
