执行实验方案，进行实验样品测试，并整理实验数据；维护实验室的5s；协助工程师完成相关工作。

工作要求（主要职责）

执行工程师或经理制定的实验方案；
对所负责的项目进行实验方案制定、执行以及数据归纳总结；
进行实验样品测试，整理测试数据；
维护实验室的设备区域整洁，严格按照要求进行实验操作；
定期向直接上级汇报试验进展情况；
严格遵守公司各项SH&E方针和相关程序规定，持续提高自己的安全意识和风险辨识能力。严格按照ISO9001、ISO14001、RC14001的标准，确保各项工作能达到各体系的要求；
严格遵守公司的各项安全规定包括员工安全要求（责任）18条，管理团队安全要求（责任）13条，安全、健康、环保相关规定，对发现的安全隐患应及时上报；
完成领导交办的其他工作。

能力（知识、技能和行为）

有较强的实验动手能力；
责任心强，做事积极主动，良好的团队合作能力；
善于思考，思维灵活，应变能力强，可独立解决实验中的异常问题；
熟练使用office办公软件。

教育/经验

2027届/2028届本科或研究生在读（或研一学生均可）
材料、化学、化工、高分子等相关专业。
懂得使用OFFICE办公软件
可实习至少3个月以上（每周可出勤5天优先考虑）
