The Senior Director – Strategic Accounts will be responsible for leading and managing key client accounts within the Tenant Representation business in India. This position will oversee overall account performance including financial management, contract renewals and expansions, risk management, and increasing share of wallet across assigned accounts. About The Role

  • Lead and manage strategic client accounts within the Tenant Representation business in India
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall client satisfaction across assigned accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and client leadership teams
  • Align real estate solutions and service delivery with client business objectives and long-term strategies
  • Oversee account governance, contract management, renewals, and risk mitigation activities
  • Ensure operational excellence and consistent delivery of high-quality client services
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and increasing share of wallet
  • Lead and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated business solutions
  • Drive data-driven decision-making through financial analysis, reporting, and performance metrics
  • Partner with internal teams to enhance service capabilities and strengthen client outcomes
  • Provide leadership, strategic direction, and mentoring to account teams across the region

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in senior management, strategic accounts, or client leadership roles
  • Proven experience managing large client accounts, P&L ownership, and contract negotiations
  • Strong expertise in corporate occupier transactions and real estate advisory services
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams
  • Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent financial analysis, commercial acumen, and decision-making capabilities
  • Experience driving account growth, cross-selling opportunities, and business expansion initiatives
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills across senior leadership levels
  • Ability to manage complex business environments, governance processes, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
