Your role, your impact

As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you'll play a key role in designing, governing, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions across diverse clients and industries. You'll leverage your technical expertise and consulting experience to define solution architectures, guide implementation approaches, and support successful project delivery.

Your day-to-day

  • Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and Salesforce best practices;
  • Lead client discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and technical discussions;
  • Create and maintain architecture documentation, including solution designs, data models, integration designs, security frameworks, and process flows;
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery through deployment and production support;
  • Mentor developers and consultants, establish development standards, and participate in design and code reviews;
  • Design and oversee integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events, event-driven architectures, middleware solutions, and enterprise integration patterns;
  • Support estimation, implementation planning, sprint activities, deployment planning, and technical issue resolution;
  • Remain hands-on with Salesforce declarative and programmatic development when needed, including Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and automation tools.

Keys to your success

  • 7+ years of Salesforce implementation experience;
  • 3+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Technical Architect;
  • Strong experience with Salesforce platform architecture, integrations, security, data modeling, and application design;
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, SOQL, REST APIs, and CI/CD practices;
  • Proven ability to lead enterprise Salesforce implementations from discovery through go-live;
  • Strong communication, client-facing, and consulting skills.

Extra edge

  • Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certifications;
  • Experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms;
  • Experience in consulting or professional services environments, including exposure to multiple Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service, Financial Services Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and OmniStudio.
