About The Role

Working model: Onsite, five days per week

Build your career in Warsaw. Connect your work to the world.

Are you a hands-on People professional who builds trust quickly, gives clear advice and helps leaders turn people priorities into action?

Join Maersk GSC Poland in Warsaw and play a key role in shaping the employee experience for a growing, international operation at the heart of global logistics.

Our Warsaw teams support customers and colleagues across Europe and beyond, bringing together finance operations, sales support, customs expertise, process discipline and global collaboration. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a People Partner who can stay close to the business, build strong relationships and help leaders create an inclusive, high-performing workplace.

Working alongside a Senior People Partner, you will support leaders and colleagues across Finance and Sales, providing practical People guidance across the full employee lifecycle.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong HR knowledge with warmth, structure and a delivery mindset. You will be visible, approachable and confident in helping leaders make good people decisions.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with Finance and Sales leaders on day-to-day people matters, building trusted relationships and clear ways of working.
  • Support employee relations, performance, engagement, wellbeing, attendance, development and organisational change.
  • Translate business priorities into practical people plans with the Senior People Partner.
  • Guide leaders on HR policies, local employment requirements and consistent people processes.
  • Support the annual People cycle, including performance, reward, talent and succession activities.
  • Use people data, feedback and business insight to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Help leaders turn People Pulse and employee feedback into visible action.
  • Work closely with People Advisory, Centres of Excellence and wider People colleagues to deliver a joined-up employee experience.
  • Contribute to onboarding, engagement and wider People initiatives that support the continued growth of GSC Poland.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, People Partner or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Polish employment law and local HR practices.
  • Confidence supporting leaders with employee relations, performance and change.
  • A practical, commercially aware approach that balances people care with business needs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in Polish and English.
  • Good judgement, discretion and confidence handling sensitive matters.
  • A structured, dependable approach with the ability to manage priorities and follow through.
  • An approachable, people-centred style and the confidence to constructively challenge when needed.
  • Experience using people data or employee insights to support decisions.

Experience in a Global Service Centre, shared services, finance, sales, customer operations, logistics or another fast-paced international environment would be a strong advantage.

You’ll thrive here if…

You are someone leaders and colleagues naturally come to for advice. You listen well, communicate clearly and bring calm structure to busy, changing environments.

You care about people, but you also care about follow-through. You are comfortable coaching, challenging and keeping important actions moving, while always protecting trust and professionalism.

Most importantly, you want to help build a workplace where people feel supported, respected and able to do their best work.

What we offer

  • Salary between 13500 PLN and 15000 PLN per month
  • Private health insurance, life and accident insurance.
  • Supplementary Pension Plan and Company Social Benefits Fund.
  • Employee Assistance Programme and global referral programme.
  • Career growth, learning and international collaboration in a global organisation.
  • A diverse, inclusive working environment where different perspectives are valued.
  • Brand-new offices in central Warsaw with convenient public transport links.
