VOS PRINCIPALES MISSIONS

Rattaché(e) au responsable du Service Planification, les missions sont les suivantes

  • Planification des articles fabriqués en respectant les règles internes du service et en collaboration avec le service projet.
  • Contribuer activement au respect des engagements de production : échanges réguliers avec le service projets, le service approvisionnements, les collaborateurs du service planification et la production.
  • Mise à jour hebdomadaire du Plan Directeur De Production (PDP) en adéquation avec la charge de production et les capacités disponibles des lignes de production.
  • Assurer un suivi hebdomadaire de l’avancement des fabrications avec le ou les leader(s) de ligne de production.
  • Reporter à sa hiérarchie sa planification et/ou éventuelles difficultés rencontrées.

Il pourra également être amené à réaliser des missions spécifiques (après une phase de formation et d’intégration)

  • Participer à l’évolution des outils de planification

VOTRE PROFIL – VOS CONNAISSANCES

  • Vous avez une expérience significative de 2 ans ou plus au sein d’un service planification dans le secteur de l’industrie.
  • Vous disposez d’un diplôme d’une formation BTS / BAC +2 ou plus en organisation et gestion de production.
  • Vous suscitez un intérêt pour le Lean Durable.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Head of the Planning Department, your responsibilities are as follows

  • Planning manufactured items while respecting the internal rules of the department and collaborating with the project department.
  • Actively contributing to meeting production commitments: regular exchanges with the project department, the procurement department, planning team members, and production.
  • Weekly updating of the Master Production Plan (MPP) in line with production workload and available production line capacities.
  • Ensuring weekly monitoring of the progress of manufacturing with the production line leader(s).
  • Reporting your planning and/or any encountered difficulties to your management.

You may also be asked to carry out specific tasks (after a training and integration period)

  • Participating in the development of planning tools

YOUR PROFILE – YOUR KNOWLEDGE

  • You have significant experience of 2 years or more within a planning department in the industrial sector.
  • You hold a diploma from a BTS / BAC +2 or higher in production organization and management.
  • You have an interest in Sustainable Lean.
