Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Asset Management & Program Delivery Manager to lead innovative, technology-enabled solutions across the full infrastructure lifecycle, from bid development and demand analytics through design, construction, commissioning, handover, operations, and long-term asset management.

The successful candidate will combine asset management expertise, program delivery capability, digital transformation experience, and the practical use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and advanced analytics to improve business performance, optimize asset outcomes, and support strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead digital asset management and transformation initiatives across major infrastructure projects and operational assets.
  • Apply whole-lifecycle knowledge from bids and demand analytics through design, construction, commissioning, handover, operations, and long-term asset management.
  • Develop and implement strategies that improve asset performance, resilience, sustainability, risk management, and whole-life value.
  • Support business development through demand analytics, scenario modelling, bid strategy, and business case development.
  • Embed asset information, operational, maintainability, and handover requirements into design and construction delivery.
  • Deliver complex programs and projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, stakeholders, and benefits realization.
  • Drive the responsible and value-focused adoption of AI, advanced analytics, digital twins, predictive modelling, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate across operations, engineering, design, construction, technology, commercial, and leadership teams to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare clear executive reports, business cases, recommendations, and client-facing presentations.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Infrastructure Management, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience across the infrastructure lifecycle, including bid development, planning, design, construction, handover, and operations.
  • Strong knowledge of asset management principles and frameworks, preferably including ISO 55001.
  • Experience delivering digital transformation, analytics, AI, or technology-enabled business improvement initiatives.
  • Strong program and project management capabilities, with experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
