About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Order to Cash (OTC) operations as a Senior Disputes Supervisor . This role is pivotal in ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer disputes, directly impacting customer satisfaction and cash flow. Reporting to the Disputes Leader, you will lead a team of dispute resolvers, drive root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions. Your leadership will be key in enhancing dispute resolution processes and reducing recurring issues.

This is a headcount neutral role and the supervisor will have dual role to resolve the disputes assigned to them along with the responsibilities of supervising the disputes resolver.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.

  • Supervise and guide the disputes resolution team to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer disputes.
  • Monitor dispute trends and perform root cause analysis to identify systemic issues.
  • Collaborate with collectors, customer support, and cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce dispute volumes and improve resolution turnaround time.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date case management and reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on dispute metrics and team performance.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, agile and adaptable to changing environments.
  • Operational/SME knowledge in Collections, Disputes, and Order Management.
  • 3+ years in Collections, Disputes, or related OTC functions.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Experience in business transformation and project management.
  • Exposure to global or regional operations.
