Als offizieller Partner des deutschen Rekordmeisters übernimmt FC Bayern Tours die Planung, Organisation und Abwicklung des Reiseaufkommens des FC Bayern München sowie für dessen Gäste, Sponsoren, Pressevertreter und Fans. Ergänzt wird das Angebot durch die Abwicklung von Geschäftsreiseaufkommen als Full-Service-Reiseagentur sowie die kreative Konzipierung von Veranstaltungen und Events.

Job Description

Deine Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von nationalen und internationalen Events, Incentives, Tagungen und Sportveranstaltungen
• Handling von Teilnehmermanagement-Tools
• Pflege von Projektunterlagen, Datenbanken und Projekttools
• Erstellung von Informationsunterlagen, Präsentationen und Auswertungen
• Recherchen und Analysen
• Prozessdokumentation und Qualitätssicherung
• Unterstützung des Teams bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben.
• Mitarbeit in laufenden Projekten und Übernahme kleiner Teilprojekte.

Das zeichnet Dich aus

• Eingeschriebener Student (w/m/d) in einem betriebswirtschaftlichen Studiengang, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Tourismus
• Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis und gutes Zeitmanagement
• Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
• Hohe Motivation und Lernbereitschaft
• Affinität und Know-how im Bereich Sport
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache; weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS Office Programme
