Where You'll Make a Difference
- Support the preparation and submission of import permit applications with the Mexican Ministry of Energy (SENER).
- Create and update supporting documentation using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain organized regulatory files, records, and documentation.
- Track the status of permits and regulatory processes.
- Assist in collecting and validating information required for regulatory submissions.
- Support the preparation of reports and administrative controls for the team.
- Use Microsoft Office tools for data entry and basic information analysis.
- Assist with internal communications regarding the status of regulatory permits.
- Contribute to activities that support regulatory compliance and process improvement initiatives.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Foreign Trade, or Logistics.
- Active student in the 5th semester or above.
- Availability to participate in an internship program for 12 months.
- Availability to work approximately 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m..
- Intermediate English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and filters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good organizational skills and ability to follow up on tasks.
