C4I Integration Planner The Opportunity
As a C4I Integration Planner supporting DPRI, you will play a central role in establishing the digital backbone for modernized military installations across the Indo-Pacific. This position offers a rare opportunity to bridge operational strategy with physical infrastructure, ensuring that next-generation defense platforms possess resilient, interoperable, and secure communications architectures. You Have
- 5+ years of experience in C4I systems engineering, military telecommunications, or defense IT infrastructure planning
- Experience designing and reviewing inside plant (ISP) and outside plant (OSP) telecommunications infrastructure, cable pathways, and telecommunications equipment room fit outs
- Experience with telecommunications systems management
- Experience applying data analytics or telecommunications modeling methods to evaluate network performance, infrastructure capacity, and facility requirements
- Experience facilitating cross-functional working groups, coordinating with engineering disciplines, and driving project milestones
- Knowledge of DoD communications criteria, Unified Facilities Criteria including UFC 3-580-01 Telecommunications Interior Infrastructure Planning and Design, and TIA and EIA industry standards
- Ability to integrate enterprise IT hardware, software, and specialized tactical Command and Control (C2) platforms into physical building designs
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
Nice If You Have
- Experience supporting Host Nation Funded Construction (HNFC), the Defense Policy Review Initiative (DPRI), or bilateral U.S.-Japan military infrastructure programs
- Experience with U.S. Marine Corps or Navy enterprise architectures, tactical communications networks, or Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN) integration
- Experience coordinating C4I requirements within specialized environments, including Secure Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) under ICD 705 and Emergency Operations Centers (EOCs)
- Possession of strong interpersonal skills
- Top Secret clearance
- Professional Certification such as BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), CompTIA Security+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
