About The Role

As an Integration Consultant, you will support the implementation and delivery of ONESOURCE Global Trade software projects. You will work closely with project managers, consulting teams, partners, and customers to configure software, develop integrations, and support project delivery through each major implementation phase.

You will focus on integrating ONESOURCE Global Trade with customer ERP, billing, and e-commerce systems, while helping customers address technical and business-process requirements related to trade operations.

Key Responsibilities

In this opportunity as an Integration Consultant, you will

  • Support Software Implementations: Participate in the setup, installation, configuration, and implementation of ONESOURCE Global Trade software, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, integrations, testing, and production go-live.
  • Gather Integration Requirements: Collect and document business, process, data, and integration requirements between ONESOURCE Global Trade and ERP systems, including SAP, Oracle, and web services.
  • Configure and Integrate Systems: Support the configuration of ONESOURCE Global Trade and its integration with ERP, billing, and e-commerce systems.
  • Troubleshoot Implementation Issues: Investigate software and implementation issues, identify workarounds, and provide implementation and integration solutions.
  • Support System Integration Testing: Assist customers in preparing and executing System Integration Testing (SIT) based on trade operations use cases, including imports, exports, and localization scenarios.
  • Deliver Project Activities: Support the delivery of project activities and deliverables in line with project scope, timelines, and quality expectations.
  • Collaborate with Project Teams: Work closely with project managers, consulting teams, partners, business representatives, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate Project Expectations: Clearly communicate project requirements, expectations, progress, and implementation considerations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support Team Development: Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members to promote a positive, accountable, and collaborative working approach.

Required Qualifications

You're a fit for the role of Integration Consultant if you have the following required qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in enterprise software installations, configuration, implementations, project lifecycles, and software implementation methodologies.
  • 1–2 years of experience developing PL/SQL or T-SQL.
  • Experience working in consulting or professional services organizations.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with business representatives, partners, customers, consultants, and project teams.
  • Ability to work independently while managing project responsibilities and supporting implementation deliverables.
  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting and Finance, or an equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical integration experience in software implementation projects involving customs and trade, ERP systems, supply chain management, or logistics.
  • Experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA), EDI, web services, XML, XSLT, Java, .NET, or other integration technologies.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or other SaaS and on-premise ERP systems.
  • Understanding of business processes related to trade operations, including imports, exports, and warehouse management.
