Family Medicine Physician

• We are currently seeking a full-time family medicine physician for our outpatient FQHC clinic in White Cloud, Michigan.

Certificate/License Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of Medicine
• State of Michigan Medical License
• State of Michigan Controlled Substance License
• Federal DEA License
• Board Certified
