What you will do

The Packaging Engineer is responsible for leading the development and qualification of tertiary packaging, supporting new product introductions and cost improvement initiatives, including end-to-end production line qualification, to meet manufacturing and product requirements.

This role is accountable for all required packaging standards, documentation, production line trials, and testing in support of product launches. The individual will take a leadership role in tertiary packaging projects while driving continuous improvement and cost reduction of existing packaging solutions.

  • Support feasibility studies, evaluations, and business cases for tertiary packaging related to New Product Development (NPD), New Product Introduction (NPI), existing packaging improvements, and cost reduction initiatives.

  • Lead the development of tertiary packaging, including trade customization, printed artwork and labeling development, specifications, configurations, palletization, and transportation testing for both internal and external manufacturing.
