Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to North America Poly business leaders, shaping critical business decisions and driving profitable growth across Net Revenue, Owned Gross Margin, product cost management, discounts, and overall contra spend strategy.
  • Deliver high-impact financial insights through sophisticated analysis and business acumen, translating complex data into actionable recommendations that influence business strategy, optimize performance, and unlock growth opportunities.
  • Lead and champion transformational initiatives across the organization, collaborating with and guiding finance professionals across multiple disciplines to achieve ambitious business objectives and accelerate results.
  • Own the end-to-end financial planning and forecasting process, driving accuracy and alignment for key business metrics including revenue, discounting, contra spend, ESC Margin, and Owned Gross Margin. Continuously challenge assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and influence decisions that improve business outcomes.
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying, designing, and implementing innovative process improvements, scalable financial frameworks, and policies that enhance efficiency, governance, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Lead Month-End Close (MEC) activities and business performance reporting, ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful financial disclosures that provide leadership with a clear understanding of current performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Represent North America Poly Finance in cross-functional and cross-regional forums, providing thought leadership, financial expertise, and strategic perspective to align priorities and advance organizational objectives.
  • Apply deep financial and business expertise to navigate complex challenges, lead high-visibility projects, exercise sound judgment, and establish best practices that drive sustainable business success.
  • Build and strengthen influential partnerships across finance, business teams, and senior leadership, fostering collaboration, trust, and alignment in support of key strategic priorities.
  • Mentor, develop, and inspire talent, creating an environment that encourages continuous learning, innovation, accountability, and professional growth while helping build the next generation of finance leaders.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
