Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the Greenville HR team, setting clear priorities and accountability for high-quality delivery.
Partner with leaders on employee relations, talent, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational priorities.
Coach managers and employees through complex people matters, applying sound judgment, policy knowledge, and business insight.
Lead Flight Deck cadences for local HR team, including WOR, MOR, visual management, standard work, and structured problem solving.
Drive HR process improvements that strengthen execution, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
Advance responsible AI adoption in HR through high-value use cases, capability building, and change management for approved tools.
Use HR data, policy knowledge, and business insight to assess risk, identify trends, and recommend practical solutions.
Communicate clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels to build alignment and deliver HR programs consistently.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university + minimum of 5 years experience Human Resources Leadership within a manufacturing setting

Desired Characteristics

Experience supporting an operations, manufacturing, or site-based workforce.
Experience applying Flight Deck or lean principles, including WOR/MOR, standard work, and problem solving.
Experience leading adoption of digital, automation, analytics, or AI-enabled workflows.
Experience with workforce planning, talent development, organizational change, or project leadership.
