What You'll Do
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Document all interactions and solutions in the support system.
- Collaborate with senior technical staff to escalate complex problems.
- Assist in creating user manuals and FAQs for common issues.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and skills.
- Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service.
What Were Looking For
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications.
