Role Overview
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Accounts & Reporting with 8–10+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance. The role will be responsible for MIS and management reporting, financial analysis, AP, budgeting, vendor reconciliation, and month-end closing.
Requirements
- Reporting & MIS: Strong hands-on experience in preparing monthly MIS, management reports, variance analysis, and actual vs. budget reporting.
- Financial Analysis: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends/variances, and provide meaningful insights to management.
- Accounting: Strong knowledge of AP, vendor reconciliation, ledger review, ageing, bank reconciliation, provisions, accruals, and month-end closing.
- GST & TDS: Good working knowledge of GST, ITC, GSTR-2A/2B, RCM, TDS sections, TDS workings, and compliance documentation.
- Excel: Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, , Pivot Tables, FILTER, and data analysis.
- ERP: Hands-on experience with SAP / Oracle or other ERP systems.
- Team & Stakeholder Management: Ability to handle multiple assignments independently while dealing with other departments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- Experience: 8–10+ years in Accounts & Finance, with strong exposure to MIS, management reporting, AP, budgeting, and month-end closing.
- ERP: Hands-on experience with SAP / Oracle or other ERP systems.
