As Advanced Associate, Quality Assurance, you will manage quarantine processes, monitor operational quality, analyse data, support audits, and help ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 22301 standards. You will work closely with operational teams to identify issues early, improve processes, and maintain high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritise work within the Quarantine Management System (QMS).
  • Resolve quarantine issues within agreed SLAs and provide stakeholder updates.
  • Ensure accurate, consistent data management and reporting.
  • Support quality audits, compliance activities, and corrective actions.
  • Analyse operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality-focused behaviours.
  • Investigate production issues and support resolution teams.
  • Contribute to quality system documentation, implementation, and enhancement.
  • Support operational projects and provide cross-functional coverage when required.

What You'll Bring

Essential

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer focus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 22301 standards.
  • Experience in quality, operations, or process-driven environments.
  • Experience managing and coordinating temporary staff in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Knowledge of examination processing (electronic and traditional).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel for data analysis.

Desirable

  • Audit, report writing, and data analysis experience.
  • Exposure to production or processing systems .
