Key Responsibilities

Design, curate and maintain learning pathways for different roles, levels and functions, ensuring relevance and currency

Facilitate engaging, high-quality open-to-all workshops and learning sessions, adapting content for diverse global audiences

Design learning content and resources in line with adult learning principles, ensuring accessibility, inclusion and practical application

Evaluate learning effectiveness using appropriate methodologies, iterating on programmes based on participant feedback and business insight

Partner with subject matter experts across the business to co-develop specialist and functional learning content

Manage relationships with learning vendors and platforms, ensuring quality of provision and value for money
