About the role

The Product Analyst – Quality Vault is accountable for all aspects of the Quality Vault technology ecosystem relating to Veeva QMS including but not limited to business and technical analysis, backlog management, agile delivery model and methodology, operational performance, & product enhancements. This role reports to the Head of Quality & EHS Products in the QSC Digital & Tech team. This role will be recognized as someone who removes blockers, works collaboratively to meet the needs of customers, and delivers value to Haleon Quality & Supply Chain.

Key responsibilities

  • Technology Enablement: Align with business stakeholders on a vision and roadmap for the relevant Veeva QMS, to support and accelerate QSC’s HQS goals at a global scale. Deliver solutions that are practical, flexible, scalable, reusable, strategic and are achieved through the application of industry proven architectural principles, standards, and governance. Configure solutions (workflows/lifecycles) and implement them in the Veeva QMS environments, update all necessary documentation.
  • Demand management: Collaborate and influence business process leads as well as super users to define requirements with a focus on the highest business value. Propose technical solutions to meet business needs
  • Product/Project Delivery: Execution, and maintenance for existing Quality Vault Applications and with an eye towards emerging innovative technologies. Accountable for execution of the product roadmap. Will work in collaboration with the broader team to drive and deliver business value within tight timelines adhering to the release management calendar where applicable.
  • Quality, Risk & Compliance: Ensuring all products supporting the business are aligned with internal security, risk management policies and practices, continuity plans, external regulatory and statutory requirements e.g., GxP and that Tech continuity plans are in place for all critical products.
  • Adoption strategy & change management: in the role of change agent, support both the product teams and the business in agile approaches to solution development and adoption, building momentum, visible success stories and clear value-based versions of vision as roadmap plans come to life.
  • Integration Lead: Oversee and drive integrations between Veeva QMS and connected enterprise systems, ensuring reliable data flow, alignment of business processes, and system performance. Maintain a high-level understanding of integration architecture, proactively identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
  • Tech Lead : Oversee Veeva QMS application configuration and suggest system enhancements.

Qualifications and skills Essential

  • At least 7+ years proven experience with Veeva QMS. Current Veeva White Belt Certification is a MUST HAVE.
  • At least 7+ years proven experience in the Quality Vault environment along with business-critical interfaces with other applications.
  • At least 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Partnering, or related IT product roles, with a proven track record in product delivery, Agile methodologies, and end-to-end system development lifecycle (SDLC) management.
  • Proven experience managing and delivering internal Veeva Quality Vault releases, including planning, coordination, deployment, and post-release support, alongside triannual Veeva vendor releases.
  • Proven track record of leading Veeva Release Impact Assessments (RIAs), partnering with business, quality, and compliance stakeholders to assess impacts, risks, and implementation requirements.
  • Proven understanding of the quality management systems and processes and regulations.
  • Proven understanding of SDKs, VQLs, Vault Loaders, JSON, Rest APIs.

Preferred

  • 4+ years of Life Sciences experience designing, implementing, and managing Veeva QMS integrations with downstream applications such as ERP, Regulatory/Safety Vault, CRM.
  • Proven success in Quality Vault architecture, configuration, project delivery, and operational support across global and cross-functional business environments.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and deliver against multiple concurrent demands in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience delivering AI use cases within Veeva Quality Vault, driving operational efficiency, automation, and compliance outcomes.
