As a member of the Shipping Team, you will be responsible for the accurate shipment of goods to our customers all over the world.

Salary up to £35,000 per annum.
Provide support to the team leader and administration team, managing a high volume of domestic and export shipments
Manage customer orders post packing through to delivery, liaising with customers and internal teams to confirm requirements, resolve enquiries and ensure an excellent service
Maintain accurate customer, product and transactional data within the ERP system
Prepare and verify export and customs documentation, ensuring full compliance with current regulations and required timescales
Be aware of and prepare for incoming regulation changes for both origin and destination requirements
Produce export-related paperwork including Chamber of Commerce declarations, supplier declarations and support attestations
Coordinate transport bookings, calculate pallet requirements and work closely with logistics providers to ensure timely collections and deliveries
Communicate production requirements, order updates and schedule changes across departments to support efficient operations
Create and maintain product data and technical information, ensuring accuracy across internal systems and customer documentation
Investigate and resolve product, labelling, delivery and administrative queries from customers and internal stakeholders
Prepare reports, analysis and operational information for management, maintaining accurate records and filing systems
Draft professional correspondence, emails and documentation, and participate in departmental meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure all administrative, operational and compliance activities are completed accurately, efficiently and in line with company procedures
