Job Purpose: This position will be responsible for facilitating sales operations in bunkering through effective interdepartmental liaison, client relationship management, contract management, data reporting, and strategic digitization and automation initiatives

Key Responsibilities

Work as an Operations Assistant and perform SAP entries related to bunker supply chain operations.
Coordinate with shipping agencies, port authorities, surveyors, and cross-functional teams for the smooth execution of daily bunker supply operations.
Handle day-to-day field operations involving barges, pipelines, and tank truck movements.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, DG Shipping guidelines, and international bunkering standards.
Maintain operational databases, records, and MIS reports on a timely basis.
Perform data entry and transaction updates in the IRM digital portal.
Support planning and execution activities across the bunker supply chain to ensure efficient operations.
Ensure seamless bunker delivery operations through effective coordination with all internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor bunker delivery schedules, vessel movements, and operational activities to ensure timely execution.
Assist in resolving operational issues and maintaining high service standards for customers and stakeholders.
