The Plumbing Manager supervises the day-to-day activities and performance of all Plumbers. Under direction of the General Manager, the Plumbing Manager ensures that employees are assigned to perform work in keeping with their position as required. ‎

Key Responsibilities

Direct and manage the Plumbing business in operating area and focus on gross margin goals.
Generate revenue opportunities for the Plumbing team.
Provide a superior level of service to ensure long term business growth and the ability to seek new ventures.
Supervise the installations, repairs, and maintenances of the plumbing department.
Provide day to day supervisory support to direct reports and focus on team leadership.
Maintain records/files. Prepare and analyze reports and charts concerning worker utilization and job time rates
Plan, schedule, supervise and assign the activities of the Plumbing team.
Establish work standards, production control, and job priorities.
Maintain a safe work environment and enforce the safety culture.
Assist with determining time and cost estimates for plumbing jobs.
Perform related work as required

Qualifications/Skills

Plumbing License for State of Ohio required
High School Diploma
General HVAC/Plumbing experience/training
3+ years of Supervisory Experience
Plumbing knowledge (Commercial & Residential)
Knowledge of company operating procedures and township codes.
Mechanical/electrical knowledge
Ability to properly bid and estimate jobs

Minimum Experience: 6+ years
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
