We're Hiring: Director, Online Gaming Product!

We are looking for a seasoned Director of Online Gaming Product to lead our product strategy and development initiatives.

Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy to support our business objectives. Collect and analyze data from various sources to improve performance in Marketing, products, and campaigns among others.

Location: Pasay, Philippines

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science. Amastersdegree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing analytics strategies in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices.
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices and tools.
• Experience working with large datasets and using statistical analysis techniques.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is preferred.
• Certification in relevant analytics tools or methodologies is a plus.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy to support the organization's business objectives.
• Collect and analyze data from various sources, including internal systems, third-party tools, and market research, to identify
• trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards and reports to track and
• measure performance against these metrics.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis, helping them make informed
• decisions and drive business growth.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in analytics tools and technologies and evaluate their potential
• to improve our data analysis capabilities.
• Drive data governance initiatives by establishing data quality standards, ensuring data accuracy, and implementing data
• security measures.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data infrastructure, systems, and tools are optimized to support efficient data collectio n,
• storage, and analysis.
• Effectively communicate complex analytical findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, reports, and visualizations.

What Were Looking For
